Q: Can we pay on arrival by credit/debit card?
A: Yes, payments can be make by credit/debit card in our office before trip start.
Q: What should I bring with me for a Fishing or Safari Boat trip ?
A: Pack light; but don’t forget your camera, towel, sunglasses, sunscreen and swimming suit.
Q: What if I am staying in Thong Nai Pan Beach?
A: There is an extra cost of 300 Baht/person to pick up and return if you are staying in Thong Nai Pan area.
Q: How long does it takes?
A: Each tour lasts one day.
Q: Are your tours dangerous?
A: No, definitely not. You are led by experienced, well trained, english speaking guides.
Q: We already have a car/motorbike. Can we drive ourselves?
A: If you are in the Koh Phangan Island, then yes. Our meeting point is located at the TAN TOUR office in Thongsala and is not far and relatively easy to find. Map if you drive from Haad Rin. Map if you drive from Haad Salad/Haad Yao
Q: If we drive ourselves to the meeting point (TAN TOUR OFFICE) from our hotel, is there a discount?
A: Sorry, we cannot offer a discount for people driving themselves.
Q: Are we fed? Is it tasty?
A: Yes! It is a buffet set menu with fresh cut fruits.
Q: Are there vegetarian options?
A: Yes, no problem. Just let us know before.
